Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 November 2026 · FibreBase, Abuja, Nigeria

These terms cover the FibreBase website, free speed test, and premium home fibre we sell in Abuja. By using the site or ordering service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. Who we are

FibreBase is the brand you buy from. Fibre into your home runs on our network partner’s infrastructure. We handle sales, customer care on WhatsApp, and coordination of install and support. Contact: [email protected] or WhatsApp .

2. The service

FibreBase Home is premium unlimited home fibre for your household at one monthly price (shown on the site as ₦80,000 unless we agree otherwise in writing). We do not sell speed tiers. Experience depends on Wi‑Fi, how many devices you use, distance from the router, and network conditions. Speeds on a phone test are not a guarantee for every device at once.

3. Coverage & installation

4. Payments

Service is billed monthly in advance unless we agree another schedule. Late payment may lead to suspension. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal period.

5. Fair use

Unlimited means normal household use — streaming, work, school, gaming. You must not use the service for spam, attacks, illegal content, or reselling bandwidth. We (or our network partner) may throttle, suspend or terminate abuse that harms the network or other customers.

6. Website & speed test

The site and speed test are provided free, as-is. Results measure the connection you are on right now and can vary. They are for guidance, not a warranty. Do not misuse the test or attempt to break the site.

7. Support

Message WhatsApp for help. We aim to reply with a real person as quickly as we can during reasonable hours. Outages can happen; we will work with our network partner to restore service. We are not liable for losses from downtime beyond what Nigerian consumer law requires.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FibreBase is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost business or data). Our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the two months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

9. Ending service

You may cancel with notice on WhatsApp before your next billing date. We may suspend or end service for non-payment, abuse, or if coverage at your address ends. The ONT must be returned if service ends.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Material changes will be announced on the site or WhatsApp where practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Abuja (FCT) have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer under Nigerian law.
